A meeting was held on October 22, 2026, with the participation of the Dean’s Office and the Strategic Planning and Coordination Team of the Faculty of Technology at Gazi University to evaluate the 2026 Monitoring Report, which was prepared as part of our Faculty’s Strategic Plan for the 2024–2028 period.
During the meeting, the current status of performance indicators was assessed by reviewing the achievement rates of the objectives and targets outlined in the strategic plan. While discussing the alignment of the performance indicators listed in the target cards with the faculty’s activities and objectives, efforts to update indicators deemed necessary were also addressed. In addition, performance indicators with achievement rates below 50 percent were evaluated, with a focus on the reasons for low achievement, the challenges encountered, and improvement efforts to support the attainment of the targets.
The meeting concluded following evaluations aimed at monitoring the strategic plan’s targets, enhancing the effectiveness of performance indicators, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
