Internship Information

INTERNSHIP CALENDER

With this calendar, it is aimed to ensure effectiveness and unity in the internship in line with the main purpose of the directive.

1. Students will fill the Internship/Workplace Training Application and Acceptance Form (FORM-1 -INTERNSHIP WORKPLACE APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE FORM) for their internships outside the faculty and apply to the workplace they have chosen.Students whose internship is accepted by the Workplace will also have the Workplace Introduction Form (FORM-2) approved by the workplace. 1 (one) copy of the Internship/Workplace Training Application and Acceptance Form (FORM -1) and the Internship Procedures and Principles of the student whose internship is accepted by the workplace will remain at the workplace.

2. Sent or brought from the workplace applied for;

a) Internship / Workplace Training Application and Acceptance Form (Form-1 -INTERNSHIP WORKPLACE APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE FORM)

b) Workplace Introduction Form (Form-2 WORKPLACE IDENTIFICATION FORM)   

c) Student Introduction Form (Form-3) filled and approved by the student

d) Insurance Commıtment (Form-4) filled and approved by the student

e) By attaching to the Petition (Form-5) to be submitted to the Internship Commission chairmanship.

It will be delivered to the “INTERNSHIP COMMISSION PRESIDENCY” of the relevant departments until the end of the third week of May.

3.  Students whose applications are approved by the internship committee will submit their internship book and Internship Registry Slips (Form-6, Form-7) to the department secretariat until the end of the first week of JUNE, in order for the necessary approvals to be made.

4. The approved internship book will be taken from the department secretariat until the end of the second week of JUNE.

5. The internship book prepared for the internships outside the faculty and the internship registration slips are delivered to the department heads until the end of the first week of OCTOBER at the latest.

6. Students who do not submit their documents on time cannot be accepted for internship at that time.

7. Results will be announced on the department website or on the internship notice board within 15 days at the latest.

8. Objections made within 7 days from the date of announcement of the results are taken into consideration. After this period, objections will not be considered.

9. The list of students who have completed their internship in 40 working days is sent to the Dean's Office by the Department Head and announced on the Department Board.

10. The Unemployment Fund Contribution to Training Fees Information Form (Form-8) must be filled by the student and the workplace, together with the bank receipt showing that the internship fee has been paid, within 5 (five) working days from the end of the internship, to the relevant unit of the Faculty to which the SSI premium is entered. It will be delivered.
