Distance Education

Departmental course schedules are announced on web pages based on the Normal Semester. Students are required to take courses according to GAZI UNIVERSITY ASSOCIATE AND UNDERGRADUATE EDUCATION-TRAINING AND EXAMINATION REGULATIONS. It is important to consider the following points in course selection.

  1. The student is required to complete the course taking within the course registration period
  2. In the course selection, it is obligatory to take the remaining courses from the lower classes first, and then the regular semester courses will be selected.
  3. It is not possible for students to choose courses above the maximum credits specified in the regulations.
  4. Since the distance education program will be prepared according to the normal semester course schedule and since participation in online courses is mandatory during the pandemic period, the student should not overlap the courses in the course schedule.
  5. Students who have completed the course selection are required to make their student approval.
  6. Workplace training or internship courses will be carried out in the form of face-to-face training in enterprises and no other courses will be allowed to be taken together with these courses.
  7. Within the time frame specified in the academic calendar, students should contact their advisors and ensure that their course registrations are approved.
  8. The student will be able to add-drop courses with the approval of his/her advisor during the add-drop period.
