To evaluate our university’s research and development (R&D) processes, the R&D team, led by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Serhat Karyeyen, visited our faculty.

The meeting, hosted by our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Şevki Demirbaş, was attended by our associate deans, department chairs, our faculty’s R&D team, and representatives from our university’s Research and Development Institutional Coordination Office.

During the meeting, in line with our university’s identity and goals as a research university, R&D indicators for 2025 and 2026 were evaluated specifically for our faculty based on the latest data presented. Discussions focused on enhancing research activities, increasing project work, and initiatives that would contribute to our university’s research capacity, taking into account our faculty’s current performance.

The meeting, which concluded following mutual evaluations and a question-and-answer session, proved productive in terms of discussing the development of our faculty’s R&D activities and efforts aimed at achieving research objectives.
