As part of our Faculty’s Fourth Strategic Plan covering the years 2024–2028, a meeting was held to evaluate the implementation results for the first six months of 2026.

The evaluation meeting, chaired by our Associate Dean, Prof. Dr. Gültekin Uzun, was attended by our department chairs and the Faculty’s Strategy Team.

During the meeting, the work carried out under the strategic plan in the areas of education, research, entrepreneurship, social contribution, and institutional transformation was discussed in detail. In this context, the achievement status of 4 objectives, 20 targets, and 86 performance indicators for the first six months of 2026 was evaluated.

The evaluations revealed that, on average, 67 percent of the annual targets set for 2026 were achieved during the first six months. Targets with an achievement rate below 50 percent were further evaluated, and discussions were held regarding potential actions and measures that could be taken to ensure these targets are met by the end of the year.

During the meeting, assessments were made regarding the effective and sustainable implementation of strategic plan objectives, the strengthening of monitoring and evaluation processes, and ensuring that our Faculty progresses in line with its established goals and objectives.
