Our university’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Uğur Ünal; Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Necdet Hayta, Prof. Dr. Hasan Tezer, and Prof. Dr. Serhat Karyeyen; and Rector’s Advisors Prof. Dr. Togay Seçkin Birbudak and Dr. Ahmet Bilal Dostbil, along with our university’s Secretary General, Mustafa Avşar, and Deputy Secretary General, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sena Aydoğan, paid a courtesy visit to our Dean, Prof. Dr. Şevki Demirbaş, who has officially assumed the position of Dean of the Faculty of Technology.

The visit, which took place at the Faculty of Technology Dean’s Office, was also attended by the faculty administration, department chairs, and associate deans. During the meeting, which took place in a cordial atmosphere, discussions were held regarding the faculty’s educational and teaching activities, research and development efforts, accreditation processes, and goals for the coming term.

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Uğur Ünal, wished Dean Prof. Dr. Şevki Demirbaş success in his new role and noted that the Faculty of Technology holds a significant position in terms of our university’s scientific productivity and high-quality engineering education. He stated that, as the university’s senior administration, they will continue to support all efforts aimed at the faculty’s development.

Our Dean, Prof. Dr. Şevki Demirbaş, thanked the university’s senior administration for their kind visit and emphasized that the Faculty of Technology will continue to work in line with the university’s goals in the areas of education, research, and social contribution.
