The 2024-2025 Bilateral Cooperation Support Program, funded by TÜBİTAK and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), has concluded. Among the 9 projects selected for funding is one led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Volkan KILIÇLI, a faculty member of our Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. The project, to be carried out in collaboration with Dr. Haijo Dieringa from the Helmholtz Research Center Hereon in Germany, addresses the topic of “Production of Cage Structures from AM60 Alloys Using Precision Casting Methods and Their Mechanical Damping Potential.” We congratulate our professor and wish him continued success.
