Gazi University Scientific Research Projects (BAP) Coordination Unit and Faculty of Technology Student Project Coordination Unit organized a meeting on Research Project Processes was held with Undergraduate Student Participation with the participation of our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan BAYINDIR, our Dean Prof. Dr. Musa ATAR, Research and Development Institution Coordinator Prof. Dr. Gonca ÇAKMAK, Project Coordination Application and Research Center Director Prof. Dr. Elçin ÖZGÜR BÜYÜKATALAY, Vice Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Orhan KAPLAN and Assoc. Prof. Dr. M. Bahadır ÖZDEMİR, Head of Computer Engineering Department Prof. Dr. Ayhan ERDEM, Head of Energy Systems Engineering Department Prof. Dr. Mustafa AKTAŞ, Head of Civil Engineering Department Prof. Dr. Salih YAZICIOĞLU, Azime DEMİROĞLU and Tarkan KORKMAZ from BAP Coordination Unit, Faculty of Technology Student Project Coordination Unit Officer Assoc. Prof. Dr. Battal DOĞAN, faculty members and students.

Our Dean Prof. Dr. Musa ATAR said, "The benefit of our students from the financial support provided by our state for research and development studies will ensure both the development of our students and the success of the national technology move.  The interest of our students in the applications of TUBITAK 2209 A and 2209 B projects for the 2nd semester of 2023 was very good. I think this interest will increase even more in 2024. Project supports are provided to you by the BAP Coordination Unit of our university. Graduation theses with project support and workplace trainings within the scope of university-industry cooperation are important issues that we will focus on in the coming period. I know that our faculty has a suitable academic staff for interdisciplinary studies. I expect our students and professors to increase their interdisciplinary studies."

Our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ramazan BAYINDIR said "The most important goal of Gazi University is to always show the best performance in education, research, social contribution and social areas. The position of our university in research university rankings shows the devoted work of our academic and administrative staff and students. Our most important resource for strengthening our position in national and international rankings is our students. Dear students, we all need to work day and night to maintain our research university status.  As the senior management of the university, we have always supported those who work and produce projects among our students and academic staff since the day we took office. These supports will continue in the coming periods."

Azime DEMİROĞLU and Tarkan KORMAZ from BAP Coordination Unit explained the process management of Research Projects with Undergraduate Student Participation. Faculty of Technology Project Coordination Unit Supervisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Battal DOĞAN made a presentation explaining BAP project preparation and operations in BAPSİS software.
