International Conference On Advanced Materials Science & Engineering and High Tech Device Applications (ICMATSE) Conference was held on October 24-26, 2024 at our Faculty Tashkent Building.

In the conference, which was attended by many scientists from the fields of materials science and engineering related to advanced materials, manufacturing, nanoscience, engineering and nanotechnology, 90 presentations were made in total, including oral presentations, posters and paper presentations from 21 different countries.  The executive committee of ICMATSE 2024, chaired by Prof. Dr. Hakan Ateş, included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökhan Sürücü (Gazi University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ersin Bahçeci (İskenderun Technical University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuhal Er (Istanbul Technical University), Prof. Dr. C. Hakan Gür (METU) and Prof. Dr. Necdet Sağlam (Hacettepe University). HAVELSAN, ETİMADEN, GSI SLV Turkey, METAL WORM, INTECRO Robotik, TEKNOPLAN, GEMAK, TEKNOGEM, NOKEM, TEKAFOS (Thermofisher-Olympos), ZEİSS, İNCE KARALAR, TETRA and NanoSpek were among the companies and organizations that opened stands and welcomed visitors.

Following the opening speech of Prof. Dr. Hakan Ateş, Gaziantep MP Assoc. Prof. Dr. Derya Bakbak, Terrorism, Security and Defense Expert Coşkun Başbuğ, TAI Deputy General Manager Prof. Dr. Lokman Kuzu, AYBU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Abdullah Yıldız delivered speeches.  After the opening session, presentations and sessions started.
