SMM and Current Vision of Electrical-Electronics Engineering Panel Organized by the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering of our Faculty Was Successfully Held

On Tuesday, October 01, 2024, at 15.00, the panel titled “SMM and Current Vision of Electrical and Electronics Engineering” was held in Taşkent Conference Hall of our Faculty with an intense participation. The opening speeches of the panel were made by Prof. Dr. Musa Atar, Dean of our Faculty and Prof. Dr. Şevki Demirbaş, Head of the Department of Electrical-Electronics Engineering. Prof. Dr. Erdal Irmak, Lecturer of the Department, Hatice Bilge Algın, Founding General Manager of Full Enerji A.Ş. and EMO Young Board Members took part as speakers.

The speakers shared valuable information about the current developments in electrical and electronics engineering, innovations in the sector and the importance of Independent Consultant Engineering (CPE) practices. In particular, sectoral trends and future predictions were conveyed on issues such as renewable energy sources, smart grids, field engineering.

Our students had the opportunity to ask the questions they were curious about and interact one-on-one with industry professionals by actively participating throughout the panel. In this way, they had the opportunity to combine their theoretical knowledge with practical experiences and gain important tips on career planning.

This event is of great importance in terms of contributing to the professional development of our students and expanding their sectoral networks. Considering the dynamic nature of electrical and electronics engineering and the constantly evolving technological innovations, we believe that such panels play a critical role in expanding the vision of our prospective colleagues.
