The 18th Meeting of the Council of Deans and General Assembly of the Faculty of Technology was held on April 2–3, 2026, hosted by Sinop University.

At the General Assembly, the Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Dr. Musa Atar, was re-elected as the Chair of the 19th Term of the Council of Deans of the Faculties of Technology. We congratulate him and wish him outstanding success during his term.

The deans of the faculties who attended the meeting provided detailed assessments on applied education in higher education, industry partnerships, and current developments in the field of engineering. During the two-day program, the current status of the faculties of technology, the challenges faced, and proposed solutions were discussed, and an exchange of views took place aimed at establishing a common roadmap.
