Exams for three courses required for graduation; students who have taken all the courses included in the curriculum of their degree program, have met the attendance requirement at least once, met all other requirements for an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, and are eligible to graduate provided they successfully complete the courses taken in the semester in which they are enrolled—for students enrolled in programs following a semester-based academic calendar—or, for students enrolled in programs following an annual academic calendar, for their annual courses—the three-course graduation exams are administered for a maximum of three courses per year, as specified in the rules and regulations governing education, instruction, and examinations. The three-course exams apply to courses for which end-of-semester exams are administered. To pass the three-course exams required for graduation, students must earn a minimum grade of (CC) in each course taken. Midterm exam grades are not considered when determining this grade.

          In accordance with the relevant provision, associate’s and bachelor’s degree students who have completed all courses in their curriculum, fulfilled the course attendance requirement, and met the other conditions required by their degree program—and who have no more than three courses remaining for graduation—will be granted the right to take the three-course graduation exams on August 27–28, 2026.

         Students wishing to take the exam must complete the application form and submit it to the Deanery on August 20–21, 2026.
