Note: Candidates who are entitled to be appointed within 15 days from the date of the result announcement; 

         * Sample of birth registration (e-government printout is valid)

         * 2 passport size photographs

         * Certificate of residence (e-government printout is valid)

         * With the medical board report documents taken from an official or private full-fledged hospital 

They must apply in person to Gazi University Faculty of Technology Personnel Affairs Unit.
